It's a strange little thing, honestly
The ebony wisps that top your head
Some people may call them eerie
But they're as soft as a silk bedspread
It's a strange little thing, truly
The cognac shots of your eyes
That some say hold too much fury
But, privately, light up like fireflies
It's a strange little thing, sadly
Your arms are strong, but unkind
And can sometimes cause misery
But there's no other place to be entwined
It's a strange little thing, is it not?
It's a strange little thing, you're the best thing I've got
