The Reunion
Once loved, read billion times and left alone
Sometime ignore, put in pause but never complain
And often had few chance to be put in pain
Shall I compare thee to a confused crone
As bad as a storm, “phew” you’re gone
Seen one more time but lost again
So confused and depressed, like I’m in vain
Past mistakes forgotten, and now to be atone
But thy joy shall not just fade away
‘Cuz here you go one more time
Shocked and surprised, all my words delayed
For an instant I thought you were a thyme
And for a bit I thought you were strayed
By God’s grace, once again you’re mine
