Golf
Golf
The strike of a ball into the dense woods
Questioning why you still play
The expense can’t help your mood
But the addiction of success helps you pay
A ball is lost twice a round
Only one good shot brings you back
A perfect strike just nicks the ground
But that ball nailed a tree with a smack
Fashion is key to make up for your score
Looking good only helps the stroke
What a slice, better yell “Fore!”
Triple digits again? I won’t be coming back for more
Through frustration and mildew
The cycle continues
