English Sonnet 1: Tempest
“You are my sunshine”,
once she told me.
When we were drinking wine
also said: “Being in love with you is my crime”.
A few days later,
went to the forest.
The police and I started looking for her
and we screamed her name: “Tempest”.
Tempest was the thing
that surrounded me the next days.
I heard her voice sing.
Those days weren’t a phase.
Tempest, love wasn’t your crime
it was mine.
