Honey
The way he looks at me all flirtatious,
I stare at his lips and wait for a kiss.
He is kind, loyal and so gracious.
A boundless love like this is hard to miss.
His mind, something powerful and strong willed,
With similar character in his voice.
Each passing girl oh so hopeful and thrilled,
But for me, I was his very first choice.
His deep chocolate brown eyes, oh so gorgeous
The fear of losing them makes me nauseous.
Our hearts beating in beautiful chorus
For we could only be tautoousious
This world seems to appear very funny
But it’s someone as sweet as honey.

I originally wrote this piece for a school assignment, but shortly after writing it, I fell in love with it. This isn't about a specific person, more of an image I've created of the "perfect" boy.
