Taken
Scared, Alone, Confused
Not knowing what to do
Strapped down to the icy stretcher
If only I knew what they were really after
My mind scrambled for memories of what had happened
Making sure to show no fear
I swore I would not shed my tears
As father stood behind the mask
I wonder what might be his task
My mind ponders what is really going on here
Are they here to take me away?
I wonder if I will ever see the light of day
Although I was taken against my will
Our true identity we must conceal
To the south we head for our new life to finally begin
