Travel Journal
From coast to coast, from sea to sea,
I've walked the globe around.
Anyone I wish to be
Is not hard to be found.
Saddles blazing, guns held high,
I've charged 'cross tracks and sand,
Passed many, many countries by
To seas in far off lands.
I've met the prince, the king, the queen
From all the royal courts.
All around the world I've been,
Adventures of all sorts.
I've skipped school and robbed a bank,
I've travelled countrywide,
Was there when the Titanic sank,
Was there by Nixon's side.
So much that I can do.
So much that I can see.
I owe it all to you,
And, of course, to our TV.
