Chartreuse explosions of fuzz
Superfluous grunts
Shimmering beads of sweat
The sun displayed its brilliant rays
Illuminating the tennis court
Seeming like there was no crowd
No cheers
Nothing
Except for my opponent
The final serve crackled through air
Barely brushing my opponents face
And all was silent
Until the faint songs
In the back of my mind faded
Dreams became reality
The crowd was roaring
And so was I
