You act as my shield friend, and never let the enemy attack on me with a blade.
In the rain of wishes, we always together drench,
You always reserve a space for me- may it be your heart or the park bench!

You are always there to support me pal,
You helped me make friends, both- guys and gals.
You always correct me when I am in the wrong,
You are the one who makes me strong!

Whatever you have, you always share with me,
Whether you have hundreds of it or just three.
I sometimes get surprised on seeing your filmy passion,
You are my best friend, even if you do not have a great taste of fashion!

You are the one who taught me how to fly kites,
You are the one who never indulges with me into unnecessary fights.
You never care about how bad I may look,
You never force me to read a 300 page book!

I cherish the moments, when down the hill together we run,
With you- every day and moment is filled with fun.
