More Like Forgettable
I feel like the only times I've been respected
Are when I'm the champion they
All grew up with
Cold
Hard
Sarcastic
A real
Winner;
The girl they all picked first for
Kickball
But I'm never respected for
Being strong
In other ways, and
Being a badass is only cool for
A little while
Until all the good ones are chasing girls with
Sweet smiles, they
Never valued mine, apparently my soft side is
Less endearing and more
Forgettable
But they still have the nerve to ask why I never
Laugh at their inside jokes or
Cry at movies
Well I don't get the joke,
And the rest is all I've ever
Known
