Prejudice Is Ignorance Is Fear

Nobody likes the girl who can’t keep from
Self-destructing—sure,
They might say they’ve been there, and they’ll
Help her,
But they’ll be wary of ending up just the same
(because they never really gave her
a chance to change,
anyways).
Nobody wants to touch a stranger’s struggles,
Or be close to their own demons;
Now we all struggle
Alone,
When we could have stopped judging each other
Before we knew each
Other—
Because don’t you know, prejudice breeds ignorance,
Breeds fear?
We fear what we don’t know,
And we don’t know those
We fear.

Thank you times a million. Seriously, if it weren't for people like you, I'd have given up writing a long time ago XD The funnest part about it is sharing with people and swapping ideas, and sharing a piece of each other's mind :) Ima go read some of your stuff now!

Seriously, I cannot stop reading your writing thinking, "Wow. If everyone in the world had wise thoughts such as these, everyone would be at an understanding and we could all have a better shot at unity." You're truly wise beyond your years (cliché saying, I know) and it really shows in your writing. :D
