what you felt
when the wrong cards were dealt.
i chose them, not you
your heart broke in two.
your innocent heart under attack
as i kissed them behind your back.
tell me how it can be changed.
write about how i feel
without my precious heart of steel.
write you a perfect song
of how i did it wrong.
to go back in time
to where i love was in its prime.
i dont know what to do
to prove it to you.
sorry isn't a strong word
for that everything was injured.
