Please shine your light

You hold me and assure me
when I am sad
Or
Laugh and smile when
I am happy and laughing
Or smiling up at you
Even
when I am angry
You tell me to be calm and gentle
But you are the gentle and calm on
The one that cares and loves me
The one who will be with me at night
Please moon promise me one thing
You want leave me
