Don't Worry
That hollow hole in my heart
It will never be replaced, I know
I wouldn’t have given it to you if I was smart
But I loved you from the time you said hello.
You loved me, or you so you said
I was naïve and told you I loved you too
I knew after that I should’ve fled
Love is too cliché to hold ever through
But you fooled me
For a while at least
But then I started to see
What you truly were, a beast
But, even knowing what you were
I couldn’t leave your side
Even seeing the way you looked at her
I still, to myself, lied.
Oh, don’t worry about my heart
Another one has filled most of the hole
There will forever be a missing part.
But finally, thanks to him, I can feel again my soul.
