“I was ashamed of myself when I realized life was a costume party; and I attended with my real face.” ~Franz Kafka

As thine err of which

sunlight cracks through,

A ferrous rise in which thy’re

hearts flame anew.

On its plateau beseeched

o’er velvet lawn,

Aglow set thou’s wisdom e’

which near a purple dawn.

In its entirety of yer’ cloak

and slippers a figure so graceful,

Glided across these halls for years and years~

‘ine of a shadow’s pull.

Softly in its breach will

she never disturb those of asleep any.

From the gaze of thee

glum little birdie to the willowy branches and e’ sky,

The marvel of a lifetime was too lovely to keep to oneself,

“What is thy visicittudes o’ world, and who am I?”
