Heavy rain is love
Shadows cover the ground
Like a million cresting doves
A full emptiness
Heavy rain is loud
A constant pitter-patter of drops
Replacing the empty silence
With white noise; a full quiet
Heavy rain is aromatic
A scent of air lighter than air
Replacing a lung full of nothing
With a peaceful, empty breath
Heavy rain is everywhere
Invisible droplets fall
And reflect the world perpetually
And create a world fully empty
