From the Space Between
I'm in a white room
Probably the space where my heart used to be before I met you
Your wearing all white
Your body blends in with the walls
It smells as if it is trying to be pure but fails sort of like us
I try to reach out
But there is always a space
I see you and you see me
But why cant we touch?
I've been here for years now
here with you
I do not think I will ever get out
As much harm as you will put on me
I better get out
Or there will be nothing left of me
But I cannot move
I cannot speak
All I can do is look at you
And hope and hope and hope for a better you
