I wish you were aware of your own potential--
Your life is anything but inconsequential.
The end is far away; opportunities abound
And your observations are so naively profound.
The future is bright
You’re just about to ignite.
Dismiss it as hopeful, scowl at my optimism--
But know that I have every faith in you, my dearest friend.
