To the female
Who carried me
To the mother
Who gave birth to me
To the dove
That raised me up
To the black woman
Who made me tough
You gave me all of your love
But asked for none in return
You dried my wet tears
But gave me the cold shoulder in order to learn
You do so much for me
And also for our family
You never put yourself first
And always prepare us for the worst
I appreciate you dearly
And I would just like to say:
