What He is to Me
He’s my soul’s very twin
Whose connection with me won’t break, even over the distance
Never have I met such a boy before
He’s all I’ve ever dreamed of, that and so much more
I can hardly contain my love
He’s all I can think of
I just can’t get him out of my head
I’ll love him forever, even after I’m dead
With hair like the fire
That burns in my heart
Only his heart knows me
As mine has known him from the start
No doubt about this
This is true bliss
He’s the most perfect jewel to be beheld
His smile’s so bright it’d safe me from the dark of Hell
His arms would keep me safe
He is my sweet escape
He’s a prince among peasants
His every word leaves me breathless
With a voice as gentle as an angel’s
He’s beautiful at any angle
Are not mountains but large hills?
And oceans massive lakes?
The distance alone is not what kills
It’s all that is at stake
This amazing love
This gift from above
I’ll be with him someday
Cuz even God couldn’t keep me away
From the love of my life
The boy whose name i will not say
