Winter Weather Advisory MAG
It's coming!
Oh, no! It's Coming!
It's, it's SNOW.
The news last night
foretold this polar event.
The TV screen
all night reading,
"A winter weather advisory is in effect."
Nine and a half inches of lacy white
frozen water
sprawled out over the ground.
I dress up in
layers of woolen armor
ready to face
the sworn enemy.
Using a black, curved sword
to dig in and throw
the enemy across
my driveway.
Snowflakes
are tough little suckers
when they gang up on you.
Finally,
the battle is won
and I am once again
champion of the
Winter Weather Advisory.
