Run Day
I cannot relate to Hannah Awbrey when she wrote about avoiding running a single mile in physical education. I disagree because running is to build endurance in cardiovascularity training. I love to run to get in great shape quickly for my year round basketball season. The pain and agony the writer displays is overly dramatic. If you continue to pace yourself when running a mile it will go smoothly after consistent practice. Running in nice environments when hydrated can refresh your mind. I suggest getting a nice meal afterwards to replace your calories after you've just burned them which is a very healthy lifestyle.
