Wrestling
I can relate to Levi M. “Wrestling,” wrestling is a sport that does use a lot of energy. Sometimes after school practices or in the early mornings on the weekends. Wrestling is more and offence of sport that’s how most points are scored. Defense can get 2 reversals and 1 escape. So when walking on the mat offence should be the key. Wrestling is a mental sport, so when going out on the mat good thoughts, think about how much hard work it took, waking up early for practice, got to be determinate on the mat. When I wrestle that’s all I think about is not get beat and wrestle for the team.
