Patience in Customer Service
Brady Jager’s article “ Customer Service Smiles” share the realistic experiences and feelings of working. His dialogue within the store shows what people working in Customer service really experience, and what they think about when dealing with people. My favorite part of his article was when he was describing how when he says “have a good day,” and people don’t even say anything back. He showing the reader the way workers really feel and how the attitudes of their customers affect their view of people. But the title of the book comes into play when he needs to use self control, and just put on a “Customer Service Smile” and move on. In any job it takes a lot of patience, and in this article he shows how patience goes along way when dealing with people.
